CORE Architecture was engaged to redesign the Masterplan and Villas for the Parklands Retirement Haven in Hervey Bay. The Masterplan was re-planned to create more of a village feel, and the Villas retooled to be modern and more suited to the climate. Construction of the first stage of Villas started in mid-2013 with construction completed and over 50% sold by Christmas 2013.
